BUYER BEWARE – event scammers are alive and well!!!

Please note that Canadian Association of Movers (CAM) is the sole provider of #CAM2026 and is not affiliated with any of these companies and advises you to exercise caution when contacted.

Event lists - #CAM2026 attendee lists are confidential and not sold or made available to third parties. Beware of companies who offer to sell your Canadian Association of Movers conference or trade show attendee lists.

Housing Bureaus – They will contact you, via email or on the phone, claiming to have rates and room blocks for the Canadian Association of Movers conference and ask you for credit card information. CAM does not utilize any housing bureaus and you book directly with the Holiday Inn Kingston Waterfront. CAM will advise on our website if the room block we have secured is near to full.

Airfare/rail – There may organizations that call and state that they are booking all travel for the Canadian Association of Movers conference. They are not associated with CAM as you are responsible for your own travel arrangements.

Corporate Pre-Show Videos - There are several companies offering to record a pre-show video. These companies are not affiliated with CAM and therefore we caution you in obtaining their services.
